Your EU Responsible Person under the General Product Safety Regulation
For manufacturers and online sellers established outside the EU. We review your product and, where it qualifies, act as your EU Responsible Person under Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (GPSR).

Before we accept an appointment, we review your product, its risk assessment, technical documentation and labelling against applicable EU safety requirements. If something is missing, we tell you before you pay for representation you cannot actually use.
This is not GPSR certification. There is no EU authority that "certifies" consumer products under the GPSR - anyone claiming otherwise is selling you something that does not exist. What we do is take on a defined legal role under Article 16 once your product is ready for it.
